Lohan finally has to do jail time!

Judge Stephanie Saunter ruled that actress Lindsay Lohan violated her probation when she allegedly stole a necklace a necklace. She has remanded into custody on an order by Judge and now has to serve 120 days in county jail. In addition jail time, Lohan also was ordered to complete 480 of community service, 360 of those hours have to be performed in the Downtown Women’s Center in order for Lindsay to see and understand the lives of needy women.  Lohan will have to serve the remaining 120 hours in the LA county morgue of all places.

Judge Sautner explained to Ms. Lohan that she should have called the store and notified the owners about the necklace. She only returned the missing necklace several weeks later after finding out the police were about to raid her house, looking for this item.

The judge seemed mostly influenced by the surveillance video showing Lindsay with her friend Patrick as a decoy to distract the clerk.

I guess when you make so much money; you feel like you are above the law and can do what you want.  NOT!

$15,000 Slap In The Face

During LeBron James' professional basketball career, his mother Gloria James has been an frequent source of embarrassment  and humliation for the two-time MVP. Her past crimes have included drunk driving in Akron, Ohio back in 2006. She was arrested with the judge giving her a suspended sentence, fined and ordered to complete a drug and alcohol class after pleading no contest to reckless operation, speeding, disorderly conduct and physical control of a motor vehicle under the influence. Whew!

If that wasn’t enough, LeBron had to deal with rumors that his mother Gloria James, had an affair with one of his Cleveland teammates, Delonte West. Wow, can you say embarrassing mom?

Already in the spot light because of his controversial decision to leave the Cavs, James didn’t need anymore negative publicity. Yet his mother continues to add fuel to fire, when she allegedly slapped a valet in the beginning of this month.

The valet's name is Rockfeller Sorel. Now Mr. Sorel to have suffered pain, emotional distress, humiliation, mental anguish, and perhaps most stunning accuation of all "the loss of capacity for enjoyment of life". Really? Is he really going there? Anything for a buck I say.

The valet, Rockfeller Sorel wants $15,000 minimum, according to his lawsuit. The suit, filed Tuesday in Miami-Dade County, accuses Gloria of assault and battery during the incident at the Fountainbleu Hotel.

Sources close to Rockfeller Sorel say he's taken an extended leave of absence and has been "very depressed" since Glorida james clocked him in the face. Maybe if Lebron pays him $15,000 he can go an shopping spree to ease some of the depression.
